头颈部腺样囊性癌的手术治疗方案抉择

摘要：

腺样囊性癌具有高局部复发率及远处转移率的疾病特征，原发部位的手术治疗对于腺样囊性癌至关重要。通过术前风险评估、术中合理切除、术后个体化放疗靶区划定制定个体化的手术治疗方案，力求原发部位瘤体完整切除，以降低复发及远处转移风险。

Adenoid cystic carcinoma has the characteristics of high local recurrence rate and distant metastatic rate. Surgical treatment of the primary site is very important for adenoid cystic carcinoma. Develop individualized surgical treatment plans through three links of preoperative risk assessment, intraoperative rational resection, and postoperative individualized radiotherapy target area delineation, and strives to complete resection of the tumor at the primary site to reduce the risk of recurrence and distant metastasis.
